Very disappointing... When did they cut their toppings in half? A Hawaiian and a pepperoni barley have any toppings at all.... Pretty sad when I have to add my own toppings to make it a good pizza! We won't be going back anytime soon... Read more
Not real impressed with this location. I placed the order online and forgot one topping on the pizza. When I got to the store I... apologized and asked if I could pay for the additional topping. They said it was OK and they would do it but it was clear theyfelt it was an inconvenience. With so many Papa Murphy's around, I'll probably go another location next time. Read more
I am fuming. I ordered a pizza online and came at the appropriate time to slide in a pick it up. I STOOD IN THE STORE FOR 20... MINUTES to get my pizza because no one knew where any order was and the teenage girls working kept trailing after each othertaking their time slowly looking around for missing orders. In the time I was in there this happened to 2 other people as well,coming in for their orders and having to wait <15 minutes while they made them because somehow pizzas were lost or not made. WALK INS GOT THEIR PIZZA BEFORE ME. Beware when ordering from this store, this isnt the first time I have had to wait extratime. Read more
We just ordered pizza from Papa Murphy's online and when we arrived to pick up our order the store was locked and the lights... were off @ 8:45 pm when they don't close until 9:00 pm. When we got someone to open the door they claimed they hadn't receivedthe order but then found the ticket on the counter. The pizza's hadn't been made and the service was terrible. The point ofordering online is to have it ready when we arrive. I am very disappointed with Papa Murphy's. Read more
