My husband and I had a delicious meal at Pho Nouveau last night. We were greeted warmly by our server. Our spring rolls... appetizer came quickly. They were crispy and tasty. My husband had lemongrass chicken and shrimp bun. I had Bun Bo Hue, a spicynoodle soup with stewed beef. The broth was flavorful and the beef was stewed for a long time. They were tender and delicious.Much better than the Bun Bo Hue I had in New York City. Great place for authentic Vietnamese food. Read more
Staff was great, however the food was a very enthusiastic ?meh?. I had the lemongrass chicken w/ shrimp, girlfriend had the... vermicelli bowl with pork and spring rolls. Chicken was way over cooked, but nearly as over cooked as the pieces of leather.. imean pork? that came with it. In fact the only properly cooked protein was the shrimp. I had high hopes for this place, andmaybe it was just a bad night for them. Lots of potential but I can?t see us going back there anytime soon. Read more
Pho was quickly served and very delicious. Loved the broth over other places I have tried. There was a good amount of meat and... lots of noodles. It is a great meal. We also had the spring rolls for appetizers. They were tasty as well. This restaurant isconveniently located close to several bars with outside seating. Would definitely go back.
