Their ice cream cart catering and customer service is TOP NOTCH!! Krid kept saying they wanted me to feel like I got my money?s... with they truly went above & beyond everything I asked. I let her know that my event will have lots of deaf people so I askedthem to print out their options to make things as visual as possible. She was super understanding. Not only did they do all ofthat but she surprised me by bringing an employee who knew some sign and made the extra effort to learn a little herself. Theyalso went above & beyond to make sure the leftovers were taken care of. And most importantly, all the different ice cream in thecart was sublime. Everyone loved it!! Read more
I?ve cream is good BUT BE WARY -all- the employees when I went on 7/22/22 at the lake hazel and five mile location had no gloves... on. The only employee who had one singular glove on was someone holding a waffle cone. Even though their other bare fist wascovered in chocolate ice cream from scooping it on several orders. These employees had chipped fingernail paint, and bandaids onfingers while scooping ice cream. A huge health hazard. Not to mention it?s just gross and not hygienic. Read more
It?s okay. The ice cream is decent but not good enough for the price IMO. The flavors were disappointingly bland. The strawberry... cheesecake just tasted like mild strawberry, no cheesecake. The cookie dough was okay. I?d have been just as happy taste wisewith Breyer?s cookie dough and Breyer?s strawberry, and I?d have been able to buy a 1/2 gallon of each flavor for the sameprice.
