When my battery died in the stall i asked if anyone in the store could help me jump my car. I have jumper cables on hand and the... guy who came out 10 minutes after ignoring me said "sorry we are too busy. You'll have to call someone to come get your car." Went thru the drive thru. Carter was very rude. We ordered an item that was priced at $1.50ish, but were charged $5+. We tried... to point out the discrepancy, and Carter told us "that's what my computer says" and closed the window before we were able tofinish speaking. The reason the price was wrong is because the order was wrong. If Carter hadn't been so rude, he would havebeen able to fix the problem. Instead we got the wrong food. It?s always something at this location. Poor attitudes, no sauces when asked, paying for extra add ons and not given. Then when... nicely addressing the issue it?s the end of the world for them, eye rolling, and dreading responses from employees. Hopefullymanagement cleans this place up. Read more
