Best customer service at a taco bell ever. They were extremely busy but still took the time to get our order in. It did take a... very long time to get our order, However, they took such good care of us, I didn't even have to ask and the manager gave uscoupons for some free taco's and through in a couple extra burritos with our order. I didn't realize the lobby was closed. I stood at the counter a good five minutes with employees staring at me while they worked... the drive through. Finally someone came to tell me the lobby was closed. We went around to the drive through, ordered a tacowith no lettuce for the six year old with me. When we pulled around and stopped, lettuce in the taco. The drive through line washuge so as I sat there trying to take the lettuce out, It crumbled and I had taco all over me and in my car. So I ended upgetting back in line to get her a taco. I told the guy at the window to make sure there was no lettuce and then doubled checkedbefore I left the window. Drove around and parked. It was only then that I realized I paid over $8 for ONE nacho taco with onlymeat and cheese. I was NOT getting back in that line again. Read more
I don't know what this restaurants problem is whether it's laziness or a lack of management but I always face a problem here.... The order is either cold, wrong or they skimp on ingredients. This time really was the straw that broke the camel's back though.I placed a mobile order and sent the details to my wife since she was picking it up. There was an order number and confirmed theaddress for which I made the order was correct. The guy in the drive through pretends the order doesn't show up. My wife had toget out of line then find out the lobby was no longer open which they decide to open and close it whenever they feel like it.She re entered the drive through line and still nothing. Horrible service. She had proof and they still wouldn't take care ofour order. This restaurant needs to go or they need to fire people. It's really that simple. Fix the problem or lose thebusiness. Over paid workers. Should be 4 burritos, a soft taco and nacho with no tomatoes. Instead, 2 burritos, a hard shell taco and... nachos with tomatoes. A Bean burrito with almost no beans. Go back to school or get out of work that requires the ability tofollow orders. Read more
