!!! REAL GUIDANCE, REAL RESULTS, REAL LIFESTYLE !!! My fiancée and I have tried numerous ways of losing weight...diet,... workouts, "secret" pills/shakes/etc., and we've done keto before. However, we've never been able to remain consistent with itnor has it ever been an easy task to live with. David & Lauren have been a blessing! The Ketogenic Reset they guided us throughhas dramatically improved our health and lifestyle far beyond our expectations!!! They offered specific guidance (male & female)along our journey to support us the entire time. They were accessible and would respond to our various questions (and we hadtons) in a timely manner...most of the time they would respond right away! We thought we knew how to do "keto", we were wrong.They showed us that it is waaay easier, waaay more delicious, and provides waaay better results than we ever thought! We beganwith David & Lauren in February, and we are still living this Ketogenic Lifestyle, with ease too! We have gone on vacations,professional sports games, concerts, parties, and everything in-between. We have hectic work schedules (we are healthcareprofessionals) and work 12+ hour night shifts and have to prepare our own meals. Still, this is super easy to do and is thelongest we've ever stuck with any sort of diet/exercise routines/etc. I know this may sound too good to be true, but this isLEGIT! No bull$h!t, just look at our before and after pictures! The after picture was taken this past weekend btw. Together wehave lost 80+ pounds, have tons of energy, and just, feel good!!!!! They get a keto A ++ The owners are food savvy and incredibly talented. Their menu items are delicious. They also do keto food... prep pick up on Mondays. They email the menu Wednesday you order by Friday then pick up Monday. Desserts are delish, donuts areso soft dare I say fluffy!?? The icing is sweetened with monkfruit so not weird aftertaste. I have known David for a few years now. I witnessed david’s own transformation with the keto diet and couldn’t believe my... eyes. I spoke to him a few different times about maybe doing the diet but had a tough time giving up certain things in my diet.Recently I decided to do it, and went through the ketogenic reset myself. I love the my mind and body feel. I lost about 30 lbs.I didn’t even know I had that much to loose. David and Lauren were there for me every step of the way.
