Customer service was excellent. I showed up about 10 minutes before closing time to send off an Amazon return. I was having... problems pulling up the information on my phone because the location has poor cell coverage. I walked in at 1 minute untilclosing. I was still having problems. They patiently waited for my phone to respond, even though I told them I'd come backanother day. They kept the store open 10 minutes past closing time in order to process my return. I?ve had nothing but a great experience with the staff here especially Kaylene. She is always cheerful whether in person or on... the phone. She knows me by name and as soon as I enter she?ll go in the back and get my package(s) and or mail. She is TopShelf.
