Been here before but tried to give them another chance. I understand messing up a order but come on. First yes they took a long... time to bring the food but I understand short staffed. I ordered a omelet chorizo ham with bell peppers, asked for avocado andgrilled jalapeños. We also ordered seasoned fries. My order came it was no avocado no bell peppers has mushrooms in it. Worst customer service in a long time. Ordered food and did not get my drinks as it was my dinner. Then as I tried calling I... kept getting hung up on. I was on hold for over 15 min before I hung up and called again and the next lady hung up on. Calledagain and have been on hold for more than 10 min without someone coming back to the phone. I have been a hiring manager in catering... food service and these are the employees you strive to hire and retain. Multiple experiences at this location and it?s always apleasure. We go for the food. I love the fact you can get Breakfast all day. That was why we went. Everything was perfect. Except our... waitress. She waited on us and disappeared.
