If you?re a person who goes through the drive-thru, it might be better if you parked and went inside at this one. Disgusting... location- papers everywhere donuts unfilled and paper hanging off the wall. The workers are mostly teenagers and don?tunderstand customer service. I requested, no demanded, a refund after receiving only sausage and a tortilla when I ordered aregular sausage wrap. I have to going inside to ask them to fix it they debated for over three minutes on what they believe theyheard and then try to slap some cheese and an egg on what I had given them back. The staff here is absolutely wonderful - I stop here at least five times a week before work. The staff is super nice, and even... knew my order as soon as I pulled up this afternoon! This will always be my Dunkin home! Cudos to the staff for the care theytake making my breakfast and coffee each day - it never comes out wrong! Read more
Rude & more rude! I asked for one type of sandwich because they didn?t have it listed on the menu. Obviously I know how to read.... He responded yes then proceeded to confirm something different. He gets mad at me when I get to the window, after I correctedhim and fixes the order but then blames me for his mistake. I said thank you politely to getting me what I requested and heproceeds to come back to argue. At this point this is the second time I?ve gone to this location and they were RUDE! It?s beenlike a year since my 1st encounter, but they won?t receive another cent from me. PERIOD! I consistently am getting ripped off by this place and so are you. The difference between each size and going bigger is only a... few ounces. This place charged me substantially more a box their holiday blend by $6 when even their advertisement saysotherwise and even on the app! They also consistently daily short my drink by many ounces! I?m done with this place.. theemployees are obviously miserable which is not how anyone should start their day getting ripped off and dealing with attitude.Drive an extra half a mile and go to Starbucks atleast if you?re going to pay $$$ for a coffee you can be greeted with smilesand a little more respect and get what you pay for. I ordered an iced coffee with cream and sugar. Pretty basic. I don't know what they did to this coffee or how they made it, but... it was awful. The coffee was burnt and sour tasting. I asked for a replacement, and that one was almost equally as terrible.It's like they had old coffee running out, so instead of pouring out the old and putting in new, they just kept it and topped itoff. Money wasted. On top of that, their customer service was nonexistent. I was given a mean-mugged attitude. Will not begoing back to this location again. Plenty of other Dunkin Donuts in the area, don't need to give this one my money! Read more
