This was our first time trying Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Got a Strawberry and banana smoothie with a Turkey, bacon ranch... sandwich. Mine was very good. Not any low carb options that we could see for my husband. The staff was very friendly andhelpful. Read more
I placed a pickup order via the app. I sent my husband to pick it up and it was completely different drink than what I ordered... so I took it back and they remade it. The employees never apologized, just took the drink without saying a single word. Whenthey have the new smoothie to me I asked if they remembered not to add mango because I?m ALLERGIC and she sounded annoyed. Theeven more disappointing part was that it was still wrong. Super slow and not friendly staff. Teenagers behind the counter served multiple teenagers who ordered after me (I assume they... were friends). But it made our wait time even longer as the teenagers kept getting their smoothies before me and my son?.seemslike management needs to better train their staff.
