I've had issues with this wingstop in the past. The issues are mostly with them not meeting requests like cooking longer and... putting on extra sauce. Tonight however they took it to a new level. I went into the store to try the new chicken sandwich. Uponstepping into the store a group of 6 teens said "I guess we'll just go to McDonald's". The kid behind the counter asked if I waspicking up an order. I replied "No". It was then that I was informed that they were not taking anymore orders. I asked to speakto a manager. The "manager" (another kid) yelled "Were out of chicken". Ok, it was 30 min before closing, but out of chicken?!So all the wings and all the chicken breasts sold out?? At least a dozen customers were turned away during my brief time at therestaurant. Another couple stated "Oh, you mean we're closed." Sure glad I don't own this store. Read more

Don?t order on the app. They won?t start to make your order until you get to the restaurant. You have to pay before you pick up... your order too so you?re trapped there the whole time. I got to the restaurant when the app said my order was ready but theydidn?t start to make it until I said I was there for pick up. This has happened twice now in the last few months. Read more
I would like to start off by saying I work at a restaurant similar to wing stop and the customer service here is unprofessional... due to not allowing me to enter card info to pay for my order a second time. My order was placed through Uber Eats and it saidthey had cancelled it and when I went to the store to pick it up, not only was there no food for me but they did nothing to helpme besides tell me only what they cant do. She told me she got off the phone with her manager and from what she said there wasnothing he could do unless I had the confirmation which I gave her. The employees sounded like they were inexperienced in whatto do in this type of situation so i place no blame on them. I just want to bring to attention that inserting card number is nota security problem and if a customer ever has a problem with food, sometimes we have to make the food without payment which iscalled customer appreciation/common curtesy.
