Weird drive thru... they want to take your order before you get to the windows. Not a fan of waffle fries, especially half cold... ones. Husband/Dad report good milkshakes. The chicken soup is great for fast food, but a little gluey nonetheless. Read more
Depending on who?s working, you?re likely to have undercooked chicken. The bread falling off the nugget and what not. Time to... time an employee will put the whip cream on the side per request but then yet again, depending on the employees working at thatgiven moment, I am told this is not allowed. Even though this has been done for me multiple times I will be told they ?never dothis because it is not allowed.? Both of these issues seem to be a consistency issue. Never been to a Chick-fil-A I didn't like and this place is no exception. I've always had a good experience here with both the... food and service. Only problem is the drive through is usually packed. Watch out for the late dinner rush (7:00-9:00pm). Iwould honestly recommend ordering online pickup and or park and order at the counter inside. Sat in line for 13 minutes before the kid took my order. Order two sandwiches with American cheese added he was too distracted... by other guests entering to acknowledge me and waited 5 minutes to ask my order again. Also I?m allergic to lettuce and therewas lettuce in my sandwich( which I did not ask for) do not recommend going here when visiting Boone, if I wanted to experiencethis I?d go to McDonald?s.
