Stood there for 30 minutes waiting for our sandwiches to get done. The one starting the sandwiches was doing well and actually... had a line up of sandwiches. He asked the other to start putting on fixings. The one suppose to be doing the fixings was workingon a to go order, while there was a line up of 4-5 people waiting also for theirs. He was asked to put it on hold to run us allthrough. I mentioned all of our sandwiches are going to be cold. Well, 30 minutes later, the lady in front of us (with only a 6inch sub) and ours (3 foot longs) are cold. We get home to cold sandwiches with rock hard bread from getting cold. Not good atall! I was very close on walking out and leaving them. But, I'm usually not like that. I could have run circles around him. Youcan't be having you customers wait that long. I for one will not be using the Boscobel Subway again. It use to be much betterthan this. If you want to keep business, one needs to step up to the plate and get things back in place. Read more
