Red Lobster has been struggling with staff shortage and we sat at our table approximately 20 minutes for our server to... acknowledge us and to take our drink order. However, server Anna C who was working another area came to our rescue and did anexceptional job taking care of our party of 8. My husband & I were seated almost immediately on arrival. After approx 5 minutes, our drink order was taken & we received... biscuits & our drinks promptly. The waitress told us another waitress would be with us shortly to get our order. After waitingat least 20 minutes for someone to take our order, we got up & went to the front (left money for our 2 teas).
