Very disappointed in the service here today. I waited 10 minutes with one person in front of me. And then when it came time for... me to order, both people behind the register had the worst attitude with me, and the woman there even rolled her eyes when Imade my order. nobody apologized to me for having to wait over 15 minutes for one coffee but the guy behind me got quickservice, an apology, and greeted kindly. Came in my wife and newborn with a mobile order . We waited for 30min before they admitted they didn?t see our order with no... apology and then still made other peoples coffees over ours . I totally understand baristas have a rough job but we have hadpoor service at cafe nerro and most other coffee shops in the area are cheaper and better service so I feel like this is a cafenerro management style issue . Let me start by saying I am a huge fan of Caffé Nero. My family and I walked in for a mid afternoon snack and coffee. There... were three people working behind the coffee bar, two seemed happy with their jobs, of course, we got the other one. The womanwho wait on us was masked, and seemed annoyed that we couldn?t hear her given that she made no effort to speak loudly with themask covering her mouth. The women wrote nothing down. My wife gave the barista her order and then was asked what else. Mydaughter gave her order and the barista again asked what else, I gave my order which was the final order and she asked whatelse. We send ?nothing thank you?, and then waited. About 11 minutes later, she came back to us and asked us to repeat ourorder. Clearly she had not started anything and given that she didn?t write anything down she had to ask us for our order again.Meanwhile, people well behind us were politely served and had left before we got our first drink.
