For a major food chain in a busy area like downtown Boston, management really neglects it. We ordered 2 salads and had to eat... them with spoons because there were NO FORKS. Extremely lazy and inefficient staff: I have made two app orders in this store. The staff did not check their online order alert... at all. Each time I arrived at the scheduled pick up time and looked for my order, the staff started to check online and beganto make it from scratch. This would take an extra 15mins due to them taking their sweet time moving in slow-mo. Different staff,same working attitude. Wasting your time as always. The food was good, but the restaurant's cleanliness was seriously lacking. The trash was literally blocking the wheelchair lift... for the seating area, no napkins anywhere, and the tables and floors were covered in detritus of other's meals. Food wise thebowl I ordered was delicious and very generously proportioned. The hot sauce was slightly sweet complimented nicely by the lightflavor of the guacamole and umami of the chicken. We visited on 29/10/22 at lunchtime. Very bad experience. We have been to other branches and everything worked well, but this... one was filthy and the customer service outrageous. Staff were careless, made no effort to smile or show the minimum gesture ofkindness. They could not bother to reply our questions and had a disgusted expression while talking to us.
