Unhygienic place. Could give minus. A fair, tall, chubby young girl was the 1st server who was giving rice, beans and meat. She... was so hyper quick that while putting a scoop of meat in a bowl or tortilla, some meat pieces were falling into beans. She waslike throwing meat or veggies from top in the bowl and not serving calmly. I should have taken her picture as it is not fairfor vegeterians and vegans. This is a great opportunity to file a case and win it lol. Doesn't matter if place gets chaoticduring lunch time,certail precautions should be maintained especially when its a food place. Read more
I ordered online to pick up at 12:10, but I had to wait till 12:30 in a long line to get my order. They said they had system... issues. I ordered the plant-based protein option and I can literally say it was just one spoon of it and it was reallydisappointing. Will never order from this Chipotle! Read more
Ordered using the app and it instructed me to pick food up from the corner shelf. The shelf had other stuff besides food. I... stood there trying to figure out where my food was and the disgruntled employees would walking in/out of the kitchen withoutassisting me even though the restaurant was quiet.
