Was unable to order the featured salmon online and the “mailbox was full” when I tried to call. Ended up ordering the... haddock but we didn’t get the potatoes. Not good! Read more
I Googled Longwood Grille and Bar, viewed the menu/prices, and placed my takeout order when I got to the restaurant. Longwood... Burger only, $8.95. Margherita pizza, $8.50. I was shocked when my order was brought out, and the total was over $31.00! I wastold by the manager that I found a menu made by Google, not the restaurant, and the prices quoted were not theirs. I showed herthe site/prices, but she did nothing to honor prices shown. She said the prices were wrong. I left w/o my order. Read more
Food was under cooked. Soda was flat. $200. And we had 2 people shared a salad..
Had the clam chowder, Haddock and chicken pot pie. Then the delicious warm brownie w ice cream and more.... It all was 10 Star!... The gentleman Yves who waited on us was 10 Star also. Quick bite and some drinks? This is the place to go! After work, my coworkers love this spot for their extensive combinations of... drinks the bar can make (no drink menu, just tell them what you want and be ready for a substitution or change). Food is madepretty quickly and quite tasty so it’s perfect for after work and going home after. Love the privacy of their booths, makesconversing so much more intimate and relaxed. We got a pepperoni pizza, chicken Caesar salad, fries, nachos and chicken tenders(some not pictured). The pizza had a perfectly thin crust with a doughy middle, great cheese pull! The chicken Caesar had somejuicy and well spiced chicken which I was pretty happy about! Nachos were nicely loaded with the works from guacamole, sourcream, salsa, cheese, lettuce and chicken. Just delightful! Chicken tenders were juicy and crispy on the exterior as well, verysatisfied. The fries were a perfect thickness and cut, so crispy and delicious.
