Walked through the lobby a few times and used restrooms. Very clean and beautiful space. I can not speak to rooms or much else.

TLDR- Rooms are fine but there are much better options for quality service within a 2 block radius of this hotel. I had two... rooms for 3 days for my wife and kids. The stay was enjoyable up until the end when they would not accept my credit card onGoogle pay or a picture of it. Since I didn't have the physical card used to book the reservation they refused to give me mybenefits of resort credit and $240 daily meal spend. The food for room service and at the restaurant was acceptable butridiculously priced and we never would have eaten there if we were not going to get the credit. There are much betterrestaurants right nearby. On my return to Boston I booked at a multi seasonal hotel down the street who were easily able to senda credit card authorization form for me to fill out and apply for all my future reservations. I come to Boston twice a year andthis was my first and last stay at the manderin. There are much better options in the price range within 2 blocks of thislocation. Read more
