Beggars walking up in drive thru line asking for food. Large homeless/ mental health/ drug use encampment in parking lot of... mini market next door and on the street near it. There was a police car in mini Mart parking lot. My fries were Luke warm,forgot to give me milk for happy meal. I gave a 5 for service because the young lady who brought me my food at the stall wentback got the milk and also brought me a bag for the extra meal I planned to give away which I appreciated. This location needs an overall inspection. Based on my experience, it's not in good condition to serve food. Also, the person... taking the drive-thru order was under the influence of drugs and obviously was not fit to work that day. Waited 5 minutes forhim to take my payment, I asked him to cancel my order since he couldn't figure out what he was doing. Went inside to place myorder, the place was filthy, so I left.
