This pizza is a floppy mess. The sauce is too sweet, the crust is closer to pita bread than pizza crust and the cheese is... inferior. The only redeeming aspect was the woman working there who was very pleasant and efficient. Read more
We love Otto! Their dough is crispy and not too thick. Love the toppings offered. Friendly staff. Can grab pizza by the slice or... the whole thing. Salads are always fresh. This is our go-to pizza place for delivery. Read more
Purchased pizza by the slice to go and someone actually packaged my pizza with a bite in it. Giving 3 stars instead of 1 because... I was able to get a refund. The pizza did not look very appetizing to be honest. Read more

I needed to call to ask for no cheese on a pizza due to a dairy... allergy, so I called to make the adjustment-as I was unable to add a note on doordash. I called the restaurant 18 (EIGHTEEN)times, to no avail. I also called a different location for assistance, and still could not reach anyone.
