It?s Panera, so the food is fine. Issue is with the service. Ordered a grilled cheese at the kiosk, yet got a tuna salad... sandwich. Also ordered a brownie, but they were out and they substituted a cookie (to be fair they told me they substituted whenthey handed me my order). Staff was completely disinterested. Read more
