First time trying this place after wanting to since it was built. The chicken was perfect. Hot and crispy. Fries were good.... Garlic bread was great. Lemonade was good; I prefer more sugar, but all around it was great. Went through the drive through andit was a quick process. Very friendly staff. Read more

Overall: I came here because of the hype and I left disappointed. Food: I ordered the box combo, which includes a variety of... food. They are plain chicken fingers with some decent sauce. The chicken wasn't crispy or flavorful or anything special on itsown. The Texas toast and coleslaw are alright, but nothing special either. The crinkle-cut fries are terrible, bland, starchy, like they were frozen, but they are also my least favorite type of fries, so take my judgment with a grain of salt. Service:They forgot to give me my drink in my combo order. Final thoughts: There are so many good places to get chicken fingers inBoston and the surrounding areas instead. This place isn't horrible, but it's below average. Give it a try since many peopleseem to love this place, but it's not for me. Read more

Excellent food and service. The Cane's sauce is great and you can also substitute the honey mustard sauce for it, which is... equally delicious. I like how the chicken is fresh and tender here and the drinks are mostly self-serve here. The lemonade theserver gives you. Quick service. Read more

LETTTTTTSSS GOOOOOOO This is one of the best chicken places in Massachusetts. I cannot begin to describe how awesome. The... chicken is not breaded too much, the fries are awesome, the sauce is phenomenal. And the bread is the best bread I have everhad. Their sweet tea was mid but the other drink selections where good. The staff was friendly and service was quick despitebeing very busy. I would recommend to anyone who wants fast food and is near Boston University.???????????? very awesome???????? Read more

On my way to Chelsea from Jersey and had to make this pit stop. The chicken is very flavorful and juicy and their coleslaw is... amazing. Butter bread was very good too And the cane sauce is slamming. We stopped here around nine o?clock for a quick bite andthe place was packed. They?re pretty organized if you keep the flow going. The main entrance on the side street, the first cashregister is for online orders only and the second one is for dine in and take out, and the second door is exit only. Parking wasa little tough in this area. The service was very efficient and productive and the staff was very friendly and courteous andhelpful. We were in and out in ten minutes. Definitely recommend this location. Read more
