Heard one barista shout at another employee, possibly jokingly, but continued to make inappropriate comments and referred a... trans-worker as a "thing." I told one of the lovely baristas that they need to take this to their manager because this behaviorand hatred is unacceptable. I go back a couple weeks later and the woman is still there, but I overhear the worst this I couldhave witnessed!! This really pushed my buttons and as a proud member of the trans-community, I will not be coming back to thisestablishment because this one barista made me feel inferior and was being COMPLETELY out of line and should not be workingamongst hardworking students. Just like any other place, coffee is expensive, lemme tell ya! This location in particular gets very busy around lunch time.
The employees are extremely friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs, which I love. However, this location is frequently closed... during their stated business hours for no clear reason, almost always sold out of Starbucks' most popular products, and oftenbungles pick-up orders. Bummer! Read more
