Poorly managed, dirty (bugs flying around the counter), improperly trained staff. Waited as the only person for an iced coffee... and then watched as 15 minutes went buy, multiple non-mobile order drinks were placed as my cup sat there. The last straw waswhen a frap was made before my drink which I had at that point been watching sit for 15 minutes. Requested a refund, whichtriggered them to address it. Refunded the entire purchase and went to Dunkin Donuts, in and out in 2 minutes. There was atleast 6 staff members working at the C terminal location. Apparently it took 4 people to figure out the cash register, whileone person handled food and drinks. Place is a cash grab for the Starbucks loyal, but I will avoid this location if I'm everforced to land in the Boston airport again. As an added bonus, the waiting area near the Starbucks has a family of mice runningalong the walls. Read more
After searching the terminal for milk that my baby needed. I found some here but the Extremely rude cashier discriminated me and... refused to take my money. Another cashier took her place to complete my order. All I needed was the pre packaged milk from therefrigerator section for my baby and was treated horrible. Thanks for making a hectic situation with my hungry baby 10x worse bybeing absolutely difficult. Thanks for the 8oz of $4 milk. Read more
To agree with a previous reviewer: it is the worst managed Starbucks in the world. How is it possible that with FOUR people... behind the counter, the wait just to put in an order is over 30 mins (with only 8-10 people in front of me). Got to the front ofthe line and waited 10 mins and gave up because my flight was about to board. Get your coffee literally anywhere else. Hell,just get burned plane coffee. Avoid at all costs. Terribly managed. Who would staff rush hour in a busy terminal with only 2 baristas??? One of whom was obviously brand new and... moving at a glacial pace. It took 25 minutes for an iced coffee to get made after I ordered it! Only leaving the review here bcthere's nowhere in the app to file a complaint . Read more
