the oat milk is weirdly thicker here than any other starbucks i?ve been to before, but the staff here is absolutely wonderful

I visited this location in 2019 and it was really nice! The staff were fantastic! This was my first trip to Boston and the staff... gave me tips on how to navigate the city and some "hidden gems" that would add to my trip. The Kettle was a neat addition. Read more
Usually, this location is bullet proof when it comes to service. Arguably one of the busiest locations in Boston, the "Tea... Kettle" does a pretty good job at getting your order right, and to you efficiently. Today, they were less thanstellar...friendly as ever, though, which made up for the extremely long time between taking my order and filling it (sous videegg bites, and a venti black dark roast)...both the barista and host looked new to me, and I'm all about new hires, but maybetoss an experienced hand in to keep things moving along Starbucks...if that is the case. I still highly recommend thislocation. Coffee is always done right, or they make it right. Check it out...the location is great for tourists, with directaccess to many great locations just a short stroll away. Read more
