I was able to eat here for just one time, and saw that the service is terrible. The people working here were so rude. I wanted... to get the juice from the fountain, but they said it is not possible because they're closing soon and they threw all the juiceaway in front of me, and the closing time was not even near at all. After that, I came here several times and they were closedall these times, even though the closing time says 10 pm for mondays to fridays. Today, I came again just to check for the lasttime and the time was 8pm, they were stupidly closed again! Never again!!!!!! Read more
If I could give this place zero stars I would. They have HORRIBLE customer service skills. I ordered a salad and realized I... didn't get any dressing. I walked back in and it was a different gentleman up front on his phone I asked if I could have somedressing. He was so engaged on his phone he didn't hear me ask for 2 dressings so I had to ask for a second one. Then I asked ifthey had crackers and he walked to the back which I saw him getting something I assumed crackers then I noticed he was taking awhile to come back. So I asked if he was getting the crackers he said very rudely I said no we didn't have any. I told him Ididn't hear him obviously, because I was still standing at the counter waiting and you saw me waiting. He then said well I saidno rudely again and another lady intervened by saying no ma'am we do not have crackers. If he had not been so focused on hisphone and focused on the customer he would have known I did not hear him answer me. This was my first and last visit to thisstore. And employees should know if you are going to be on your cellphone, standing up front is not the place to be if you don'twant to assist any customers. Read more
It's Sunday at 5:39pm. Lights on, staff talking rudely. Other people walking in to eat. Employee says they are closed. No sign... with hours. Online shows they close at 9:00pm. Can't rate the food or quality of service because they were closed. Guests shouldnot be allowed in when store is closed.
