This review is just related to take out orders.Looks like a lot of management problems are there!! I faced issues with placing... phone orders two consecutive times . Their management between taking orders and preparing order certainly needs to be improved.Plus sometimes it’s a longer wait than the estimated time mentioned. Hope they make it better too ! Read more
The service is horrible at the sweet shop and I have seen this from the last 2-3 years. Somehow they manage to find folks that... are just not willing to put in the customer focused hard work. Also, these days they are charging whatever they feel like(absurdly high price) for sweets and other locally made food that they sell over the counter. Not sure if they can be submittedfor an FDA review and whether they are adhering to all the required standards (& cost regulations) of hygiene. I wish we hadother options in the area outside their store. Ha! And just saw some of the other reviews and they echo my experience as well.Funny thing is the owner has responded to the good reviews only that are few and far in between!! How haven't I reviewed this place yet? I've been an almost weekly regular since my first visit about six months ago. Never had... a better palak paneer, chicken 65/555 biryani, or masala dosa. Normally not a tikka masala or butter chicken fan, but those areelectric here as well. The sweets are off the chain. The vada pav is mind-boggling. The Mysore bonda is dirt cheap, and worthits weight in gold. Veg samosas are rock-solid. Great sambar. Try the korma. Just go here lol. Trust me. And shop around whileyou wait for your food.
