Our server was wonderful! She was so sweet and was so accommodating! The food was a bit too seasoned, and so it was on the very... salty side. We had to scrape the seasoning off our foods to make it a little more palatable. Read more
We went here to celebrate my birthday! The service was the best part honestly, the waitress who served us was super sweet and... friendly. I really wish they could go back to being a great place to 'go out' and eat. Dine in: Service is almost always slow when you... dine in. Food portions are small for the price they charge. The past few times our (notably small) baked potatoes have beenunder cooked and meat portions very small. Delivery: meal portions are small and orders have been consistently incorrect ormissing condiments, silverware, etc.. Meals have been haphazardly shoved into the one container meaning anything with a sauce isnow on everything - that aluminum wrapped baked potato is also coated in sauce or food juices, leaving you to now scramble tofind napkins (which most likely were not included) to wipe off the potato wrapped, your hands and anything else, etc. Thesedays the Outback is 'just another restaurant' with nothing standing out from the dining experience ... other than slow service,an over priced menu and undersized meal portions. We made sure to ask the server how the chef cooks his steaks the server said that they cooked them on the rarer side so we were... able to order based on that and they came out perfectly (I'm pretty picky with doneness of my steak).
