This last year, every time I order a poutine they forget the cheese! When I ask for a credit they demand I go to the restaurant... with my credit card even though the food was delivered. At the very least they could offer to have the driver come back and passmy card through his machine instead of my having to spend my gas and time to get a credit especially since my time and gas costmore than that credit! They do offer to have the driver bring the cheese that was missing but by the time he gets here it?s notworth it since the meal will either be already eaten or very cold! NEVER ORDER POUTINE FROM THEM! They have lost me as acustomer at this point! Once is one thing but three times? Enough!!! Read more
