Pizza is excellent, staff is friendly. I come here a few times a week. The only problem is there is a charge on the bill for... employee benefits that is for employee paid time off. Why as a customer am I paying for their time off. Absolutely ridiculous!!Other than that I love this place! Read more
4.5 stars seriously, how does this place stay in business, oh because there?s nothing in Gunbarrel! I love when there?s 4 adults... all patiently waiting for their 1st drinks after sitting down & 12 minutes later they bring out 2 of the drinks, another 5minutes later they bring out the other 2, that?s restaurant serving 101? service is terrible here & it wasn?t crowded. Theybrought a bunch of plates for all of us to use for the pizzas & 2 of them were dirty, my beer was almost flat & barely cold.Only came here to meet friends who chose it, don?t go to Protos, especially this one! Normally I would have given this restaurant 5 stars. The food was good, as was the service. However, we were seated outside... (by choice) and the ambience was less than ideal. Shortly after our food arrived the kitchen staff started bringing out large,heavy, dirty rubber mats and throwing them down on the concrete just a few feet from where we were eating. I was so insulted by my treatment at this place by who I learned was the manager. I was shocked. I spent $75 and paid for a... double meat pizza, drinks, etc. I got a pizza to go and when I asked for a side of jalapeños, the manager told me she had toring it up with attitude. When I said that?s ok, she was visibly annoyed as she turned around in front of me almost knocking meover. When I asked if there was a problem , she said ?My assumption that anything is free?. When I complained to the serverabout her attitude he told me she?s the manager. I looked back at the kitchen and she was taunting me, waving aggressively andsarcastically for me to leave. I should mention I?m a small business owner and these are the types of people that will putowners out of business. I have been coming here for years. Will not be back and will ensure all my neighbors in Gunbarrel knowabout my experience. I never leave bad reviews but this was beyond offensive. Read more
