We were in boulder exploring the mall street and for breakfast we decided to have breakfast at Snooze, an A.M. Eatery. Being a... 4th July it was busy and we had to wait for 30-40 mins to get a table. We were greeted by our server with water and menus. Fordrinks we ordered Strawberry Mimosa and Lemonade. The drinks were amazing and we loved the strawberry mimosa. For the food weordered Buddha Bowl, Bravocado Toast and Funky Monkey French Toast. We had to wait a lot to get our breakfast. Finally after15-20 mins we got our breakfast. The buddha bowl was amazing and delicious rich with healthy ingredients. The bravocado toastwas delicious and we loved the toast. Tasty shrimp n grits in Boulder?! Snooze absolutely nails it. Creamy grits, perfectly cooked shrimp, and the egg on top twist... works beautifully. Watch out Charleston and Savannah. Lively atmosphere, friendly efficient service, smooth coffee. Read more

The only reason I?m giving this place four stars is because it took the staff more than 20 minutes to clean the table that was... next to me. There was about a 30 minute wait to get seated, so this seemed odd that they would keep a dirty table. However, theservice was great and the food was delicious.
