The food was really good, but felt a little over priced for what amounted to a food truck. The portions were big which was nice, and it is a tourist trap place to eat, but it wasn't $40 good. Still, if you're driving through Boulder and want some good eats, this is a great option. To be honest and fair... The food WAS good. And I understand WHY the higher prices.

Adorable food truck/bus, with a lovely iced cold brew, snacks, Sandos and more. Sandwiches looked great, but we didn?t order any. Great spot at the Anasazi State Park to stretch, lay out a blanket, let the kids stretch their feet, and rest under a shady tree.

Peccadillo tacos were terrific, as were kale salad fries. Good selection of drinks. Been traveling for over 5000 miles so far, and this was among my best meals yet. fyi-this is a food bus-truck with no indoor seating but lots of picnic table outdoor seating under beautiful cottonwoods, a small playground for children and room for dogs.

Great food. Really good hot sauce options. We would definitely come back. Corn tortillas for tacos, so it was good for gluten free requirements.

Best vegan breakfast burrito I?ve ever had. The kimchi tacos were also good although they were out of kimchi ? the guy was so nice and made us with other delicious things. They also have cool hats there for sale!

Very expensive for sub par food. Tacos had little flavor. Kimchi hot dogs were painfully salty with nothing to balance the salt out. $10 each and i could not take more than 2 bites. Drinks were minimum $5 and our sanpelligrinos were frozen at the bottom. Skip this place.

We had the highway man burrito and it was phenomenal. The couple that owns its are very nice and welcoming! Highly recommend this stop! Also can check out the museum while there.

Would recommend the fries for sure. Amazing! Tacos were just okay to me, but would still recommend this place. Met the owners dog, Frank, who was the sweetest bot. Great stop for hearty food after hiking the Lower Calf Creek!
One of the best reason to visit Boulder Town is to experience Magnolia's Street Food. We offer a great time for people everywhere and our food keeps people coming back for more.
