There is a reason a local pizza shop can't get above a 4... Horrible customer service! Make sure you order your pizza 2 days in... advance if you want to eat at a decent hour with your family!! Owner/mngt didn't have the order in the oven after over 90mindelay and multiple phone calls with them saying 10min away. Read more
I'd give them ZERO if I can. 90min for the order which never arrived! Owner/manager picked up the phone spent 10 seconds on the... phone and decided he doesn't care to calm the situation down and hung up the phone and canceled the order which my bet was nevereven cooking! Stopped here to grab lunch. We got it to go, it was a little warm in there. Clean, friendly staff, quick service. Good pizza.
We ordered 2 pizzas, an antipasto salad, chicken tenders, and 2 subs. We get our food and notice the cheesesteak is missing so I... call explain what I'm missing get put on hold for a decent amount of time for some guy to get on the phone and says they forgotto put it in the bag. I say no problem can someone deliver it to me? he states they didn't deliver it grub hub did. My responsewell grub hub didn't forget to put it in the bag you guys did. He then explains he doesn't have a driver and can't spare anassociate to deliver 1 sub 10min away. Doesn't offer the return, I needed to ask for that and then was rude with his response.Poor customer service.
