Went there with my granddaughter and my daughter. We were rushes as soon as we walked in to give our order. Lol I noticed the... attitudes of the 3 girls so we on purpose ordered a smoothie because that would mean they had to work. The Hispanic femaleworking switched up her lip and rolled her eyes when we asked for it. Lol I almost busted up laughing. My brownie sundae thatcomes with 2 scoops only came with one. I made a remark that I better take my a** home paid for our ice cream and completelyskipped that tip jar. We won't be back. Read more
The customer service is not it?? The one lady I think her name was jewl I don?t know but she was rude and my kids was just... trying to pick out flavors and she was so impatient and she was rolling her eyes and sighing and kept looking off and giving usterrible attitude my 5 year old even said she was mean. Awful service from 3 young girls was given attitude the whole time, got lots of eye rolls was rushed out because they wanted to... close an hour early. More cars pulled up and the workers would flip off the customers when they weren?t looking. Read more
I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. Rude employees snarking an attitude at my 4 year old when she asked to try a... flavor. Dirty on the inside, and paying 10$ for 2 kids sized scoops.. I won't be continuing our Sunday tradition at thislocation, I would rather drive quite a distance. Read more

If I could give less than one star, I would. In July, my daughter and nieces went in for some ice cream (my treat). They were... treated extremely rudely-like the employees were annoyed that they came in. Then, every scoop of ice cream they got was the sizeof a baby scoop. It was almost like they were trying to stick it to them for coming in. We paid top dollar for almost no icecream. We took pics of the miniature-sized scoops and I complained to the manager. I told her how they were treated and showedher the pics. She was very awkward on the phone, hardly even apologized for the horrible service we got, and never made it rightwith us. Against our better judgement, we gave this location one more try since and the same thing happened again. I woulddefinitely go to cold stone or Blacksmith. This place is sadly a joke now. Read more
