I would give 10 star if I could! I brought in a group of adult individuals with disabilities this afternoon for a tour of the... factory as we are teaching about a variety of different job skills. Customer service was phenomenal. Each employee treated ourindividuals with a kindness and respect that went above and beyond. I wouldn't be surprised if the place is secretly run bySanta Clause and his staff. I have to admit I raised an eyebrow as an especially young staff member began the tour. As shebegan her presentation, she did so with an in-depth knowledge of the history of the company and processes involved. Along withthis often times comes an attitude of drudgery and boredom. Our guide gave her presentation with a positive attitude and youcould tell she loved talking about the company she represented. Our clients had a wonderful time. I was driving back from pine creek reservoir to home(saltlake). I needed some calories, and Googled ice cream. This place came... up and they have the best ice cream. I got some pecan chocolate clusters which I haven't tasted yet. The oreo cookie andcashew were the best. The girls who served me the ice cream were the sweetest and very patient. Decent chocolate place with high prices. Honestly, this is not what I would call gourmet chocolate. It definitely has that mass... produced (in America) taste. It was just ok. I wouldn't recommend it and I won't go back. But a lot of people on Google seem tolove it so...to each their own I guess. Read more
