It's coffee, it's cheap, not great but it's starbucks whaddya expect
Staff ignored me. Took quite a long time for my order. Drinks were sloppy and sticky.
Bountiful Starbucks is always a hit or miss so I love having this one as an alternative. It is located inside the Smiths but is... worth going in if you like your drink made correctly. My only complaint is not being able to tip the sweetest, stylish, mostknowledgeable barista, Sabena! Thanks for making my day & perfecting my ?boujee? coffees girl! ;) Read more
Usually no issues here, but service has been steadily declining. The barista serving my friends and I tonight was cold,... standoffish, and overall inconsiderate. She was muttering things under her breath, dismissive in tone. My friends drink was 90%ice, which normally shouldn't be an issue. We waited 15 minutes, which is understandable as she was the only one working, butshe was conversing with a coworker, and was prioritizing talking to him vs being nice to us. My sister and I ordered pumpkinspice frappes, no problem on the wait as said previously, but before she served them to us, she poured out a sample of ourdrinks to serve to her coworker. The unprofessionalism and poor customer service here will make my return to this Starbuckslocation very unlikely. Read more
