This was ordered as a birthday gift for me a few days ago. The fruit was very fresh and delicious. Would?ve given it 5 stars but... my friend advised when she called to get a status update on delivery the lady she spoke to was very rude and short with her.Otherwise, I had no other problems and the delivery guy called when he was outside. wish I could give no stars. The so called manager was very rude from the first phone call. I ordered something for my husband at... 1230 and was called a little after that to be told that she was not making it due to just sending her driver out for the lastdelivery and she had just sent him out. They close at 3pm. She said it would be ready Sunday and I told her I would try to getthere but had a lot to do including a CT scan. This morning I was called and the manager was rude and then told me that she wasrefunding my money even though it was made. I did not understand why it could not wait in their fridge until Tues. Manager saidthat she was refunding the money and that they would never sell to me again. People where I work were able to hear her on thephone from when I said hello and said she was rude. I wish I could give no stars. I worked here for a couple of months and it was one of the worst job experiences I?ve ever had in... my life. The owner is one of the most unprofessional and self centered person I?ve ever met. Not only did she contradict herselfon multiple occasions, sent us bad fruit from her other location, she purposefully tried to start drama between her coworkers atthis location. I do not recommend buying from here and I sure as hell don?t recommend working here. Read more
