This is the worst McDonald's restaurant I have ever order . I do my order on the McDonald's app to be curbside pick-up I wait... 20 minutes on my parking spot after 20 minutes I went inside to looking for my order the cashier said is going to be ready in afew minutes or was ready after 20 minutes . After 40 minutes my order was finally done. I drive back to my home , went I gethome the order was partial wrong I has to comeback to the store and ask to speak with the manager she checked the order and said2 sandwiches are right and she only replace the other 4 wrong sandwiches. Now I get home 4 sandwiches are good hot and 2sandwiches are cold and tastes bad. After 2 hours wasted and $20 dollars I decided to share my experience. So I come here literally all the time and was shocked to see how many people left low stars or negative reviews . Food quality... has never been an issue here and if you look at the comments it?s a bunch of people complaining I?m guessing because they can?tcook themselves or just hate the world . If anything these kids need a raise , this store is always heavily packed I?m guessingbecause of the location . Even at midnight the line is extremely long not because of bad customer service but lack of workerswilling to work. So to criticize these young people who clearly are still in high school no more than first year in college issad . Take your kids home and feed them healthy food, the customers isn?t always right and you can?t fault them if there clearlyworking super hard which I can attest to as I come here literally every night after leaving the gym. Took my 10 ur old son to McDonald?s before he went to summer camp. While he was eating he saw a hair in his steak egg and cheese... bagel, I took it back and they refunded me. I just hate to have situations especially with my child and somethings wrong withthe food. Hopefully this doesn?t happen again. Read more
