I am only writing a review because this is the third time I have had a problem at this location. We stop here on our way to... church and place the order online ahead of time. After the first mess up, I always double check before submitting my order butthey still seem to get the order incorrect. I have ordered the banana nut loaf warmed and it?s always cold still in the plasticwrapper. I order the white hot chocolate (which you can definitely tell the difference between the white and the regular) but Istill get the regular. I called the manager the second time it was incorrect. Today it was incorrect again. Since we were on ourway to church, I did not have time to run back in for them to correct the order. All the other locations I go to get it correct,so why can this location not get it correct? Read more
