I think his name is Dave and he works the early morning shift and will normally get in around 6:00 a.m. I find his lack of... professionalism truly appalling and his lack of customer service skills needs alot of work especially how he doesn't even greetanyone when they say "good morning,how are you today" he doesn't even acknowledge customers. The worst customer service I ever received in Starbucks! The employee was very short and rude. My husband and were engaged in... small conversation while waiting for our order and she never told us it was ready. The location is great being that I live in Fairwood and shop at Safeway frequently. The thing I do not like is how the barista... that I have encounter make the most sloppiest drinks ever. They are rude and have not professionalism about them. They willwalk away from the counter and not say they will be back, you walk up and no one is around with no sign up as to if they areclosed or stepped away.
