New... person at register selected a large pizza instead of a medium and owner refused to make it right. Food is always good. I am a big fan of 3 Brothers and I'm pretty sure I've eaten at all of them. On this particular visit at this store, my visit was... less then stellar. I understand that food cost are sky rocketing, so I can complain about that but I can complain about thefood. 20 chicken wings for $28 and the wings were the smallest wings I've ever seen. Approximately 2" in size. Baby chickenswere harmed to bring a food item to this restaurant. So of your going to visit please ask before you take your food home forthat not so fun surprise. Up until tonight, this was our go to spot for pizza in Bowie. What we witnessed in the restaurant tonight, in front of our... children under three was unacceptable. The manager yelled at his young employees in front of the customers for making mistakeswith orders. While I can understand the frustration over orders going out wrong and waste, what I cannot understand is thisgrown man yelling at his employees like this. To make matters worse, an older woman had an issue with her order. To theManager's credit, he resolved the issue but the customer kept belaboring the point. An argument ensued and the woman must haveput her hands either up or in the manager's face, so the manager decides to slap the woman's hands and yell, "Get the "F" out ofmy store." At this point, there were more kids in the restaurant and customers and this manager continued to yell and berate hiscustomers trying to deescalate the situation and staff. He had zero regard for the dinners, purchasing customers, potentialcustomers coming in, or his employees. I'm trying not the assume race played a part but everyone this manager yelled at anddisrespected tonight, were people of color and well, he's not. This is downright deplorable behavior and I'll never patron thisor any other Three Brothers restaurant again. Read more
