If I had the option to give 0 stars, I would. I placed a large order for my work which totaled almost $160. When I arrived to... pick up my order, the smoothies were already melting, food was cold and it took nearly 15-20 minutes to hand me the smoothies(they were on the counter behind the counter so I could not reach them myself and we ordered atleast 15). Finally get back towork to notice that NONE of the food was labeled of what it was so we have to go and open each and every item to see, and foodwas missing that was ordered and obviously paid for. I'm extremely disappointed and definitely will not order from this locationagain. (Only reason I did in the first place, was because brandermill blvd location has a broken oven). Read more
Please fix the issues. You are losing business. I ordered ahead prior to arriving the app tonight. When I got there my smoothies... had not even been started. I watched another couple come in, stand out the counter while two workers did other things while onlyperson prepared the drinks. No one acknowledged them so after a few minutes walked out. You can?t keep getting these negativereviews and not make the adjustment. I?ll go to the one in Gambrills before coming back here. Read more
First Visit :My Smoothie had no flavor, tasted more like just crushed ice. Too expensive for that. I go in for an online order,... not ready so I had to wait, after 10 minutes, I go back it's just sitting there they never called my name. It was busy but Igave you my name and you know I am sitting here waiting and you just sit it on the counter with all the other orders! SecondVisit: It was like a whole new store, the Smoothie was very good, the sandwich was so good, (Chipotle chicken) you definitelywant more. I pray the next visit be just as awesome as this visit. 1. It took for me to speak to the cashier for her to greet me. 2. The person making the sandwiches stood there speaking with... another associate behind the counter before even starting to make my sandwiches. I asked about my food, every associate stated,?it?s coming.? 10 minutes later, I still don?t have my food and she continues to have multiple conversations behind the counter.This is unacceptable in my opinion. After giving me the 2 of the 3 sandwiches, they then informed me there?s no pesto. Whichmeans I?ve been here for over 20 minutes at this point waiting for something that can?t be made. They were beyond RUDE. My two daughters, ages 6&10, and I went there today around 3:00pm. It was bad from the door. I guess... they don't wear uniforms because everyone except one person was wearing anything close to a uniform. People were walking backand forth from the tables out front to behind the counter. No one welcomed us. My daughter, age 10, is learning how to manageher own money so she went to the counter to order her food. After she orders her food she takes out a $50.00 bill to pay andtells her they can't take $50 dollar bills. I get up to see what's wrong after my daughter looks at me confused. He tells methey do not take $50s, I ask why and he just looks at another employee. So I ask him the same question after uncomfortablylooking at each other for too long. He just shrubs his shoulders and says we just don't. I'm already disappointed in theservice. Then they called the order for a mature gentleman sitting down. After he gets his food in a bowl, he looks confusedand says I order a pizza. They said yes. It is a pizza, we put it into a bowl in a very nonchalant/dismissive manner. ( I hateseeing our seniors treated poorly) He says why didn't you tell me it was going to be in a bowl when I ordered it? I thought itwas going to come in a box. They replied simply, "well it's in the bowl. ) My daughters were in shock. Even they knew that wasawful service. He again repeats that he ordered pizza and he felt like he should have been told it would come in a bowlearlier. They again said we're out of boxes so we put into a bowl. "What's wrong with you? Bowls are better than boxes. " Thenthe young lady turns her back on him and walks away while he is still asking her questions. It was the worst thing I ever saw.She had zero regard for this customer's question and reasonable confusion as it relates to the food he ordered. It got worsefrom there, but I'm tired of typing.
