This food was delectable, they had great service, and a great fine dining experience. I ordered the Jambalaya, while my parents... ordered the Gumbo (a big portion, even though it was an appetiser), and the Filet Au Poivre. The jambalaya, I say, is the bestone I?ve had yet, and I don?t say that lightly (I?ve had it multiple times in New Orleans); the flavour was great, just theright spice level to compliment the Andouille Sausage. The gumbo was also amazing; it is one of the most flavourful, perfectdishes that I have ever had the honour of dining. The filet au poivre was cooked to perfection, had flavour similar to Wagyubeef, and one of the best consistencies of meat. All in all, this is probably one of the best restaurants to eat home-cookedLouisiana food in the Midwestern United States. Read more

It was my first visit at 440. It was pretty crowded that evening, so without a reservation it was hard to find a table. I was... with 2 friends so we had to wait around 10 minutes. We had some good starters of fried shrimps. And as a main dish I decided totry a filet steak with fries and broccoli. The medium rare steak was really tender and delicious.????????????????
