I?m so happy that I found this place!! Everyone in there is so nice and so helpful! It?s location is very convenient for me... since I have classes at WKU. This is seriously the yummiest healthy meals I?ve had. I just don?t have the time to prep my mealsfor the week like I used to, and they do just that for you, and very reasonably priced! Cabell's Iron Nutrition has been a life saver! My doctor recommended I eat a high protein diet and these meals are delicious... and convenient. There is always a great variety of fresh food choices. The meals are packaged to be heated later and runningin and checking out is quick and easy. If you are too busy to go in to pick up your meals, they will deliver. I was firstintroduced to Cabell's Iron Nutrition at a graduation party he catered. Truly some amazing brisket!
