I?m giving 2 stars to the Cave Mill location but want to give 5 to the Fairview store. A few months back I ordered delivery... from Cave Mill. An hour had passed with no pizza so I called to check up, and curious if they might be busy (which I get bigtime). Instead they told me it was marked for pick up and had been sitting there. They treated me like it was my fault when I100% said delivery, and even brought up the fact that the asked my address lol. They did end up comping the pizza for me andgiving me a coupon, but the way she treated me sucked. Flash forward to tonight. Decided to try them again because it couldhave been a bad night months back. I have a coupon that is 100% valid. The person on the phone said the computer didn?t like itand does this a lot, but still wouldn?t honor my coupon. That was that. No attempt to overriding or what not. Just ?no?. Stillthis time they weren?t rude. Called the Fairview store and ordered for pick up. They took my coupon and I got my pizza with nohassle. Even tipped for the discounted amount lol. The manager there was very kind, but it?s not her responsibility for CaveMill?s mistakes. She wanted them to give me discounts/free pizza/something, but I don?t want that. I order Donatos on a regular basis. Tonight, when I got home, my pizza was extremely over done. I wasn't very happy, but I... wasn't mad or upset. I called them to let them know. I was extremely nice. The young man on the phone was less thanapologetic. This is very unusual for their staff. When I ended the call, my last words were "Thank you." There was noresponse. Terrible pizza!! I ordered a pizza for my child and asked if it could be lightly cooked. It was BURNT more than mine was. I... called they offered to remake it. I just decided to go get my money back which I have never done in my life. In all this drivingback and forth I forgot that I had ordered a salad. I never got the salad. I had to drive around to get my son something else toeat. Not good after a long day of traveling. Check your order!! I should have but I expect it to be done right. Is that to muchto ask??
