Other than the typical " frappe machine is down" or " the ice-cream machine is down" the employees have all been polite and... speedy. The managers have even gone seemingly out of their way to amend errors with their computers and refunded and promo'd myorder. Read more
This branch is a black spot in our area. Even in general conversation when this place comes up all you hear is complaints. As... many years as I've come here I literally make a game of it because it doesn't matter what you order you'll get whatever is atthe window. So now its like buying a grab bag and its just to see what came out. You can try to pay for the next guy and hope itworks out but you never know. I still do it anyway. Read more
