Been here a few times and normally I'd get a nice steak or their wood fired rotisserie chicken but got pan fried trout and it... was great. Also love the corn bread appetizer and they have a good beer, wine and bourbon selection. Read more
OMG!!!That's really all I need to say. The flippin cornbread with jalapeños in the cast iron skillet....to die for. I got the... prime rib with mashed potatoes and a salad. Made reservations a couple days before. We arrived at 5:30 and was seated right away. Waitress was nice and checked in on... regular basis. However, that was the extent of the greatness. I asked about the seasonal vegetable and was advised it waswatermelon. Our waitress did advise they offered grilled squash and zucchini. I opted for that along with a medium sirloin. Myhusband got a medium sirloin with baked potato. Our food was delivered to the table next to us. Thankfully we could see thewhole interaction and notated they didn't touch our food. The waitress that brought the food out (not our waitress) picked thefood up, turned around and placed it on our table. As we cut into our steaks I noticed mine was medium rare in several places.About half my steak was under cooked. The grilled squash and zucchini consisted of 4 total pieces. That was it. See photos forreference. Neither the steak nor veggies had any actual flavor. I added salt to help save what i could. I dont send food backbecause i dont trust it wont be messed with. Unfortunately that table that originally got our food, had several issues as well.Some due to the kitchen staff and some due to their waitress. Won't be going back. Read more
First time eating there tonight. Our server was Eryn and she was awesome!!! We got the fried green tomatoes and French onion... soup for appetizers. Both were amazing, never had fried green tomatoes done that way before! For the main course we got surf &turf with thai sauce and grilled veggies, that also came with mashed sweet potatoes! I got a Tilamook Burger with mean beans (spicy, meaty baked beans) and my buddy got the Kentuckybourbon filet with shrooms. Great burger, perfectly cooked steak and killer corn bread. Here?s the breakdown: Huge log cabinfeel dining area +1 star; quick, great service +1 star; excellent burger +1; perfect steak +1 star; super yum cornbread +1star.
