Menu for Stakz Frozen Yogurt in Bowling Green, KY

The last few times I?ve gone to Stakz it has been really dirty. I?ve given them a free pass on cleanliness because I usually go... at night. I went this morning as soon as they opened. It was just as dirty as soon as they opened. The chocolate & caramel syrupcontainers hadn?t been wiped in a while. The doors had lots of fingerprints. There?s no telling what was on the handles of theyogurt machines and toppings. I have also noticed the workers on their phones and just hanging out instead of actively working.Same today. This place has went down hill since they removed the white chocolate chips. they are a fan favorite and they are gone even... though people love it. now i have to buy my own to use when i go there or it just isn?t the same. I give it 4 stars for all of the good visits over the years but it is a noticeable decline in wow factor. The flavors seem to... always be the same which is fine.. but some variety would be better. Looks like they are shorthanded like most other placesbecause dining room was a mess and area where toppings are located was a mess. Handles were also sticky for froyo machine. We went the first time last night and the yogurt was good. The bad part it was filthy, sticky and workers barely talked to you.... They need someone to be cleaning the yogurt bar area at least once in awhile. Trash cans we?re over flowing. Inside of theemployees talking in the back they need to take pride and clean up. This place has really gone downhill. We went today and arrived at 3:40. They were scheduled to close at 4 because of the holiday... hours. When we arrived, 2 of the 6 machines were turned around and the 2 employees were busy cleaning them. The employees neveracknowledged we were present at the store. Of the remaining machines, only a few had any product in them. We tried severalflavors and barely could get any yogurt out of them because they were empty. We decided to leave and on the way out, I shoutedto the back of the store if they could tell me how to get in touch with their Manager or Owner. The two female employees refusedto answer my question. I explained that I was disappointed they did not acknowledge us as customers and that they had so manyflavors out of service and machines being cleaned despite being open. They responded that they close soon and that is why theywere cleaning them already. It is clear to me that they wanted to leave as soon as the store closed and likely took it uponthemselves to begin cleaning early. I do not expect to hear back from the owner on here as they do not appear to respond tonegative reviews. I will attempt to call to ensure proper feedback is delivered on this very unsatisfactory experience. I wishI could encourage others to go to other Bowling Green frozen yogurt self serve establishments, but Stakz is the only one I knowof in town. We decided to go to Dairy Queen instead. Read more
