Staff looked completely overwhelmed, cursing alot. Equipment kept messing up. Sandwich was good though. Management should look... at quality of life improvements. Ordered ahead and customized order for all sandwiches ordered. Same order as I always get. Got to the store was told there was a... lunch rush. Ok I'll buy that but then again I ordered 20 mins ahead of time to just grab and go. Took the girl making theSandwiches until 15 mins after I was to pick up my order and because she did not read what was to be on a certain sandwich hadto get her to remake and she tried to argue with a paying customer. Ordering ahead should have been made first not last. Mymoney had been taken out at 11:44 am when I ordered.
